The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood on the Podgórze side of the Wisla, not far from the city center. It's easy to get to from the town centre and there are frequent trams nearby. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the bathroom is large with a good shower. The breakfast offers a variety of options and there is a lovely staff who provide helpful advice about local attractions and restaurants.

The curtains in the bedroom could have been better at keeping out light.

The hotel provided excellent value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even calling the airport for us to inquire about our transportation. The hotel's location in a residential neighborhood on the Podgórze side of the Wisla was ideal, as it offered a peaceful atmosphere while still being close enough to walk to the city centre. Additionally, the basic amenities and rooms, though simple with only a bed and no pictures on the walls or table, were clean and comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfying and helped start the day off right.

The breakfast selection and room cleanliness were alright, and the hotel was close to the city center and public transportation, which saved us some money. the staff was friendly and approachable.

Despite being New Year's Eve, there was a lack of festivity or celebration in the hotel. the walls were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors, making it difficult to sleep.
