Exceptional staff ensures a pleasant stay.

While the location is fantastic, the rooftop bar prices were shocking. A glass of wine costing €15 deterred many guests, including us, and we opted for local bars with much lower prices instead. I also found the pillows uncomfortable and the room's heating was unmanageable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. In February, we had to sleep with the windows open, which was not ideal.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore. The rooftop offers stunning views, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The breakfast choices are plentiful and satisfying, meeting both adults' and children's needs.

The room decor feels slightly outdated, which could use some refreshing.

The shower is oddly designed, splashing water everywhere!!! Wi-Fi is a joke on the fifth floor, and the cleaning staff needs to understand basic signs. Also, charging devices via the TV is just inconvenient!!!

Staying in a corner room with views of Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore was magical. Breakfast on the terrace with an array of fresh options was a highlight, making mornings exceptionally pleasant.

We spent 4 nights in a spacious room with a large built-in wardrobe and a comfy bed, it felt like home. Each morning, having breakfast on the rooftop while soaking in views of the skyline was nothing short of magical.

Had a braw stay! The rooftop breakfast was a pure delight with stunning views of Santa Maria Maggiore. The staff were friendly and quick to help. Only downside, the decor felt a bit outdated. Still, a cracking spot for exploring Rome!

Charming atmosphere, convenient location, close to Termini station and featuring a rooftop with beautiful views that made our stay enjoyable, complemented by a friendly staff and a breakfast with a wide selection of options including fruits and scrambled eggs.

The rooftop offers great ambiance in the evening for drinks, although navigating the lifts can be somewhat confusing. The portions for dinner are small relative to the high prices, which could be a downside for those with bigger appetites.
