The staff at this hotel provided impeccable service, making us feel incredibly welcome and at home. the food served was of a high standard and delicious without being overly pretentious. the rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like fresh milk in the fridge and a coffee machine for a great start to the day. One minor improvement could be offering a more varied food menu instead of just set menus.

We had the opportunity to spend our Xmas holidays at a small hotel. the first thing that stood out to us was the warm welcome by the staff, who made us feel at home. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, with several attractions close by. Our room was tidy, and the mini-fridge was a plus, as we could store our snacks and drinks.

There were a few issues during our stay that made our experience unpleasant. our room was hot and stuffy, and we couldn't open the windows due to the blinds not working.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly lady who showed us to our beautifully decorated Forest room. The attention to detail was incredible, with a mini fridge stocked with water, milk, and a Nespresso machine for our convenience. The breakfast served by the friendly Danny was top-notch, with a generous portion of full English and fresh coffee. The entire staff was polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the modern and comfortable room. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return in the future.
