The spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay with fluffy towels and all necessary facilities, ensuring a relaxing experience. The friendly and helpful staff, like Joana, go above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs, providing additional items like toasters and pots upon request.

One aspect that could be improved is the noise level outside the hotel. The main road can be quite busy, resulting in traffic noise that may disturb light sleepers.

I had a great stay at Apartamentos Turisticos Vitoria By Petit Hotels. the staff members were friendly, polite, and extremely helpful, making communication a breeze. They allowed me to leave my belongings before check-in, which was very convenient. the location couldn't have been better, with the beach, restaurants, and tours all within close proximity. the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. It was a minimalist yet stylish space, perfect for my needs as I didn't do any cooking and only used it for sleeping.

The towels were fluffy and the staff was very nice, communicated well and was approachable. I liked the comfort of the bed and the fact that the room had two balconies with a street view. the best thing about this place was its location, it was really close to the beach and some good restaurants.

Sadly, my stay was not as pleasant as I thought it would be. the noise level was too high and made it difficult to relax properly.

Great location and access to 4* gym, pool & spa at the hotel next door. Lovely front line staff and huge balcony with studio apartment. Spotlessly clean & serviced daily to an excellent standard. Our stay at the apartments was fantastic! We booked last minute after our flight to Lisbon was cancelled and it turned out to be a great choice. The location was perfect and we were pleasantly surprised to be given the penthouse. We loved the spaciousness and privacy it provided. The owner was also incredibly helpful, always available through WhatsApp whenever we had any questions. it was a great value for the price and we would highly recommend these apartments. We will definitely be back to visit Madeira again!

The only minor drawbacks were that the 24hr reception was located in the hotel next door, which made check-in a bit confusing. Additionally, the entrance to the apartment was a bit isolated and not easily visible from the road, which was a bit daunting when returning in the dark.
