The views were stunning, especially during the evening when I could watch the sun setting over the city and the sea. The lobby with its geometric patterns and the pool bar were particularly impressive. I also appreciated the available free WiFi.

The hotel's check-in process was a bit slow, and despite pre-requesting early check-in, I had to wait longer than anticipated.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, making our stay very welcoming. the location of the hotel was excellent with great views. However, there were some issues with cleanliness and room maintenance that need to be addressed to fully enhance the guest experience.

Yas Island is a blast. World's tallest indoor wall? Yes, please! Treat yourself to a massage. Yas Marina is next level. Yas Island never disappoints. Be sure to try Chef Abodi's menu. We had a great experience with the staff, who were all amazing and friendly. the location was convenient, with a free bus to attractions and many restaurants nearby. the breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the lovely outdoor view. the staff were very accommodating to our extra requests.

The Crowne Plaza Yas Island was a delightful stay for our family. The staff were very accommodating, especially Miss Irene and Mr Ibrahim. The breakfast was always a highlight, and the pool and bar staff were exceptional. The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family trip. The spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool added to our relaxation. Being close to landmarks like Yas Marina and Yas Waterworld enriched our family bonding experience.

Always my go-to spot. Staff helped plan evenings on my first stay, unforgettable. Perfect fit with Wi-Fi, late check-in, 24-hr services, pool, restaurant. Also, wheelchair access, no smoking. Can't wait to be back for Easter!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The front desk staff, especially Maricar, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even with a smile that you could see through her eyes despite wearing a mask. The housekeeping staff in Hong Kong did an excellent job of keeping our room clean and tidy.

The keycard panel for the lift and rooms was a bit finicky, requiring multiple attempts before it worked. Additionally, the kettle in our room was not working.

the upgraded club room on the quietest floor was a pleasant surprise. the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. the service was good, with prompt room service and a delicious dining experience in the Arabic restaurant downstairs. the hotel's location on Yas Island was perfect for our needs, especially being close to the airport. Crowne Plaza offered great value compared to other hotels in the area.
