We had a great experience with the staff, who were all amazing and friendly. the location was convenient, with a free bus to attractions and many restaurants nearby. the breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the lovely outdoor view. the staff were very accommodating to our extra requests.

The breakfast was always a highlight, and the pool and bar staff were exceptional. The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family trip. The spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool added to our relaxation. Being close to landmarks like Yas Marina and Yas Waterworld enriched our family bonding experience.

Always my go-to spot. Staff helped plan evenings on my first stay, unforgettable. Perfect fit with Wi-Fi, late check-in, 24-hr services, pool, restaurant, massage. Also, wheelchair access, no smoking. Can't wait to be back for Easter!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The front desk staff, especially Maricar, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even with a smile that you could see through her eyes despite wearing a mask. The housekeeping staff in Hong Kong did an excellent job of keeping our room clean and tidy.

The keycard panel for the lift and rooms was a bit finicky, requiring multiple attempts before it worked. Additionally, the kettle in our room was not working.

Indulged in delectable regional delights at Choices and Aquarius. The sunset views at Sundowner Pool Bar were priceless. Prime location for exploring Filini and Barouk nearby.

Pool closure was a downer, though the sister hotel offer was appreciated. Stills bar service was sluggish, demanding poolside sips a trek.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hospitality staff, especially Miss Maricar, who was responsible for the lounge service on the 8th floor. She provided professional and attentive service, always greeting us with a warm smile and offering valuable advice throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast team, particularly Myka and the supervisor Lylik, made sure we had a great start to our day. The hotel's proximity to Yas Marina Circuit and the airport was also a major advantage.
