The morning breakfast buffet at Residence Inn was delicious with a great selection of hot and cold options. The coffee bar had extra flavorings to try. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and had a mini kitchen. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a family trip and it was fantastic! The check-in process was smooth and the staff were extremely friendly. They even remembered why we visited and asked about it when we checked out. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit and delicious waffles. The hotel is conveniently located near Walmart, Target, and outlets, as well as being just a quick drive into downtown Charleston. The hotel also provided a list of daily activities in the lobby. The gym, pool, and laundry facilities were all top-notch. it was a great experience and I can't wait to visit again!

Great front desk staff and lovely rooms. the check-in process was smooth and Hannah was very kind and sweet. the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. the location of the hotel was conveniently situated and offered easy access to attractions. the breakfast and taco night were enjoyable experiences.

The evening macaroni and cheese was extremely spicy, making it difficult to eat. It took some time for a new batch to be brought out, causing inconvenience for some guests.

The database room was spotless and had everything for a home away from home. Staff was excellent, breakfast had many choices and the food was fresh. Hotel location was close to the airport and Charleston.

The hotel offered spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen, including a large sink, full, size dishwasher, and a full fridge. It was convenient to have these features for making meals. the staff was friendly and provided great hospitality during our stay. They were attentive and made sure we had a pleasant experience. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to downtown Charleston, making it easy to explore the city and visit attractions. It was also conveniently located near beaches and restaurants.

This made it inconvenient and required a lot of back and forth between the rooms. Another issue was that our ground, floor room was by the pool, which meant that people using the pool were right outside our window.

Our daughter, who has been staying here for months, was thrilled that we were visiting and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The clean rooms had enough space for us to cook a full Christmas dinner, and even Santa made an appearance! The staff was wonderful and the accommodations were excellent.
