The Hotel Casino in Chaves is a fantastic place to stay. the room we had was beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable, probably one of the best I've ever slept on. the highlight of our stay was definitely the infinity pool, which was absolutely incredible. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast. Although we didn't have a chance to explore the casino this time, we have been before and it's always an amazing night. I could see people staying here for days, it's that good.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were enormously helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could possibly want. I especially enjoyed the in-room safe and the balcony, where I could relax and take in the beautiful views. The breakfast at the restaurant was simply amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The spa and wellness center here provided the ultimate relaxation experience, with a jacuzzi, sauna, and massage services that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, with easy access into town and all the attractions. The room was superb, with a comfortable bed and amazing amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and a variety of other services available. The hotel also had a beautiful spa and wellness center, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. my stay here was perfect and I would highly recommend it to others.

I did find that the staff was not always around, which made it a bit difficult to get assistance at times. However, when they were available, they were enormously helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

Large clean rooms, friendly staff, fantastic swimming pool, great value incl breakfast and free parking. Limited English but staff try hard to ensure everything is okay. Beautiful views of the hills. Would definitely return.

Located in a peaceful area with a stunning view of the city, the hotel provides easy access to the motorway and offers plenty of parking space. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tidy, a perfect fit for a relaxing weekend escape. Facilities like the gym, spa, and swimming pool are well-decorated and provide ample opportunities for leisure.

Although the staff is helpful and kind, the breakfast service can be improved as it is not available before 7 am, even if it has been paid for. the restaurant food quality was hit-or-miss, with some dishes being excellent, while others were subpar.
