The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that all of our needs were met during our stay. The room amenities were of the highest quality, and we particularly appreciated the mirror near the window, which was perfect for doing makeup. It was a unique feature that we haven't encountered at any other hotel. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of services such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry.

Disliked the fact that my room had no air conditioning, and the portable unit they brought in was noisy and inconvenient. the CNN channel was voiced over in Japanese, which was annoying.
