We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a week. The pool area was fantastic with a sparkling clean pool, loads of sunbeds, and an incredible view of the beach and ocean. The staff were excellent, always active and walking around the pool to take orders at the bar. The apartment was great, spacious enough for my baby to run around. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a pool for adults and kids, playground, and direct access to the beach. The location was also great, close to restaurants and supermarkets. We would definitely stay here again!

noisy garden maintenance during the day

on our recent honeymoon trip to albufeira, we were blown away by 3Hb falesia garden. the beautiful location, amazing food, and helpful staff made it the best stay we've ever had in the area. we can't wait to come back!

Toiletries could be better.

I had a fantastic relaxing break at this beach resort. The location was perfect, situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira, with easy access to both towns. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious and fresh food. The resort had great facilities including pools, a bar, and entertainment for children. The highlight was the stunning view from my apartment overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the nearby beach.

The resort did not provide beach chairs for guests, which was a minor inconvenience.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a room that was spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light. The location was ideal, with a quiet atmosphere and easy access to the beach. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and helpful.

One of the major downsides was the lack of distinction between areas for kids and adults. the pool area was often crowded with hyperactive children, making it difficult for adults to relax and enjoy.

The breakfast was lovely, with lots of choices and a great variety. the location was superb, within walking distance to nearby restaurants and a short taxi ride away from Albufeira or Vilamoura. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay even more pleasant.

One of them was the lack of dedicated sun beds on the beach, as we had to rent them from local merchants. the internet was below standard, especially near the pool area, where it was almost unreachable.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just steps away and within a short distance of Vilamoura Harbour and Albufeira town. You can relax and enjoy the sun while sipping on delicious cocktails at the beach bar. The hotel also offers a game arcade for some family fun.

It is unfortunate that some guests did not know how to behave themselves during the night, leading to noisy disruptions.
