Great position by the river, walkable to restaurants and bars. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, modern bathroom with bidet. Helpful and attentive staff. Best continental breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, hams, cheeses, and fresh bread rolls.

Felt quite safe, nothing to complain about.

The location along the waterfront was excellent and accessible to everything. the staff, particularly Luisa, were outstanding. They were extremely helpful, providing recommendations and reservations for meals and answering all our questions.

When people book, they need to be aware that the rooms are extremely small. Also, the water in the shower was a bit lukewarm at times.

The location on the river with views to-die-for was absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for delicious restaurants in the area. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruit, bread, and options for coffee.

The staff were incredibly helpful and caring, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided excellent recommendations and even arranged transportation for us. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to explore the city.

The rooms were on the smaller side, but this was expected in a city hotel. However, they were still very comfortable and clean.

I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room, although small, was comfortable and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and a beautiful view of the Douro. The staff at this place were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help with anything I needed.

The breakfast selection could be improved by offering eggs without having to request them in advance.
