Relaxing hotel, fantastic location, amazing staff, easy to relax, excellent food, lucky upgrade.

Everything was spot on.

The location of the hotel is in an amazing area, with stunning views of the valley. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful architecture. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, with fresh fruits, cheeses, and pastries. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and tours. The spa and thermal pools are the highlights of the trip, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The bathroom fixtures in the room could be updated to meet modern standards.

Excellent location, delicious food, and diverse menu. Impressive suite upgrade with balcony and Tuscan countryside view. Multiple clean pools, including a favorite outdoor infinity pool. Superb restaurant and service. Truly relaxing experience.

We had a luxurious stay here, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with multiple thermal pools, sauna, Turkish bath and relaxing area. the massage was exceptional. the restaurant had good cuisine and was well furnished.

The room did not match the images on the website, but was still clean and had a perfect view. There was only minimal information provided by the Russian speaking staff.

Great views from the balcony and lovely thermal pools with different temperatures to relax in. the local cuisine served at the restaurant was top-notch, especially the delicious T-bone steak.

There were some issues with housekeeping, and the hotel seemed understaffed which affected customer service. the room air conditioning was unreliable, and the staff lacked attention to detail and welcoming attitude in some areas.
