I absolutely loved my stay at this place! The location in the old part of town on a hill was simply perfect. From my balcony on the 4th floor, I had the most breathtaking view over the ocean and mount Pico. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always available to assist me with anything I needed. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a comfy king-size bed. I also appreciated the variety of foreign channels available on the TV, including Dutch and Flemish. The absence of irritating background music was a bonus.

The bed at Hotel Horta was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the vintage charm of the hotel, which was well-preserved and gave off a unique atmosphere. The breakfast offered at a reasonable price was a pleasant surprise, as many other accommodations in Horta don't include meals. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the town and the sea. Seeing cruise ships and sailors come and go added to the experience. The hotel's location on a hill offered a beautiful perspective, although it was a bit challenging to reach with luggage. However, the friendly and helpful staff, specifically Rafela in the restaurant, made our stay more enjoyable. The WiFi was reliable, and the balconies were a nice addition to our room.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of Pico Mountain. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and the marina. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and soaking in the beautiful views. it was a great experience.

Spent my New Year at a hotel with a wonderful view and good value. Loved the fact that the hotel offered gluten-free bread at breakfast and served local yoghurt and cheeses. the location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and stunning views from the balcony.

The hotel, with its outstanding view of the Pico volcano, offers a great location for those wanting to be close to the beach. The rooms are very clean and offer a nice marble bathroom with luscious towels. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing suggestions and arranging for taxis. The breakfast, with its local yogurt and cheeses, is a pleasant start to the day.

The hotel could improve on its noise insulation, as some guests mentioned noise from high heels and loudspeakers being heard in the rooms.

the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the view was great. the hotel also had a swimming pool, which was a nice bonus, and air conditioning in every room. I really appreciated the helpful team at the reception who were able to answer all of my questions and assist me with anything I needed. the highest quality service made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel.
