We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the staff at Catalonia were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room had a private balcony with a stunning ocean view, complete with sunbeds, chairs, and a table. the breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, with a wide range of delicious options. the location of the hotel was perfect; it was centrally located, close to restaurants and the promenade. the pool area was peaceful and great for relaxation. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

One lift was out of service during our stay, causing long waits and inconvenience.

The lift system was unreliable and inefficient, resulting in long waits and even lift malfunctions. There was not enough attention to safety protocol, as in the case of overriding weight sensors, posing potential dangers to the hotel guests.

I was delighted with the amazing location of the hotel. It was right in the city center, offering easy access to all the attractions. Plus, the view from my room on the upper floor was simply breathtaking. I could see the beautiful ocean and the stunning Lago Martianez promenade. Watching the sunset over the water was an unforgettable experience. And let's not forget about the diverse menu at dinner. The selection was impressive, and there was something for everyone's taste.
