The hotel had a good location, close to the city center and easily accessible to popular attractions. the room size was decent and had modern amenities. the hotel also offered free parking, which was a great convenience for exploring the city without worrying about parking fees.

the air conditioning in the room was ineffective, resulting in a hot and uncomfortable environment. the staff's response to this issue was unhelpful and they were difficult to reach.

As longer term business travellers, we appreciated the convenient location near the metro, allowing quick access to the old town center and Parque das Nações. The free indoor parking spot for our car was a nice extra. The extreme cleanliness of the hotel and the attention to security were impressive. The staff spoke English, which made communication smooth. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of options. We also loved the white linen and the fresh smell of the rooms.

As friends who love going out at night, we absolutely loved the excellent breakfast buffet with individual cooked eggs, fresh pancakes, and delicious Portuguese custard cups. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was great with easy parking and a metro station across the street.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The location was perfect. It was in a business area with lots of interesting places around. The staff were attentive and helpful, and room service was excellent. The room itself was incredible - it had everything I needed and more! The amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe were a big plus. The flat-screen TV was the cherry on top. The bar/ lounge area was also a great spot to relax and enjoy some drinks.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel 3K Europa! The spacious suite was perfect for us, with its separate living room and bedroom, and a balcony that offered stunning views. The hotel's location was great, as we were only a 20-minute walk away from the El Corte Ingles department store and found some amazing restaurants nearby. The room itself was immaculate, and everything felt brand new. The breakfast options were delicious, with a wide variety of fruits, cereals, pastries, and even cold cuts and cheese. We also loved the hotel's convenient location next to Campo Pequeno, with a metro station, supermarket, cinema, and shopping mall just steps away. The local bus 736 provided a direct connection to the city center, or we could enjoy a leisurely 30-40 minute walk. It was the best of both worlds - away from the tourist crowds but still well connected. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
