The hotel was conveniently located in a charming square, just a short walk from the metro station. It was situated on a beautiful small park, which provided a lovely atmosphere. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was satisfying and delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting with printing documents, calling cabs, and providing recommendations.

The breakfast, while not extensive, is always fresh and tasty. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

The breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereal, and delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. the hotel staff were very helpful and recommended great restaurants nearby.

The staff was not great, as they didn't pick up the phone when I called to confirm my arrival. I wasn't informed about the tourist tax until the morning, and it was confusing as to what exactly I was being charged for.

The staff is welcoming and professional, making the stay even more enjoyable.
