I had a fantastic stay here! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kelsey who was working the night shift all by herself. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for our house hunting trip in this city, as well as for exploring events and finding great places to eat along the famous 127-yard sale route. it was a clean and convenient hotel for our needs.

The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the lighting and plugs in the room were fantastic. The extra towels provided were a nice touch, and having a Keurig Coffee maker in the room was very convenient. Additionally, breakfast was great with a variety of options to choose from.

Although the location was fine, it would be better if the hotel had its own entrance instead of sharing it with McDonald's. Furthermore, there was no sign indicating the shared entrance, which made it confusing to find.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Crossville for a weekend getaway with my husband. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room was impeccably clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent TV with a wide variety of channels. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we particularly appreciated Kelsey's assistance during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and it was a nice touch to have cookies and coffee available in the evening. this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we will definitely be back!

The hotel was recently updated and it had a modern and comfortable feel to it. the staff at the front desk were efficient and friendly. the beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were some of the best I've come across. I also appreciated the ample charging ports available and the presence of a Kurig coffee machine in the room. Moreover, the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices, including healthy options.

I found the hotel to be a bit quirky compared to other similar hotels. the lobby felt small and crowded, and the room itself was relatively small and priced slightly higher than other hotels in the area.
