Had a perfect and memorable stay at a historic hotel in the center of the city. The rooms were renovated and very clean. Enjoyed the convenience of having a good choice of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was definitely worth the money. Can't wait to come back next time I visit. Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff at the Belmond Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was exceptionally attentive, efficient & friendly with excellent English. Tours were accompanied by professional guides and luxury cars. Europe Restaurant offered haute cuisine and white glove service, accompanied by a talented pianist and violinist. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with high-quality service in every aspect.

The hotel is conveniently located just a minute away from Nevskiy Prospect, which made it easy to explore this beautiful city. The hotel is also close to many museums and is situated on a lovely square. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this magnificent hotel in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were great. The newly opened Asian restaurant, Azian, was a standout experience. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance and easy access to transportation. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of dishes and live piano music. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Great historic building, located near important landmarks and museums. Excellent breakfast and splendid dining room. the service was nice and efficient, with a helpful concierge. Probably one of the best addresses in the city.

The wifi signal in our room was weak, and we had to walk down the corridor to get a stronger connection. the bed was extremely hard, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Europe for a short trip to explore the beautiful city of St. Petersburg. The location was perfect, just off Nevskiy Prospekt and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The hotel itself was exquisite, with a classic decor and interesting artwork throughout. The staff were friendly and proficient in English, and the concierge service was excellent. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a coffee machine and luxurious bath and shower. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a wide variety of delicious options including champagne and caviar. The hotel also had a fantastic bar with great cocktails and addictive bar snacks, accompanied by live music. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great facilities, perfect location. the breakfast buffet was great with many choices. the staff service was top-notch, making our stay very comfortable. the hotel rooms were beautiful and well appointed with many amenities. We enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the large bathroom with all the necessities.

The hotel prices were a bit steep. there was a lack of outdoor space for guests to relax and the view from our room was not what we had hoped for.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it allows easy access to most attractions in the city, such as the airport Duty Free shop and L'Europe restaurant. I even managed to find a taxi on a snowy morning when I had my doubts. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom and excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The view from the room was breathtaking, with stunning artwork and sculptures throughout the hotel.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel are exceptional. the service is impeccable , the staff went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. the restaurant and bar areas are elegant, and the food and cocktails were top, notch. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the overall luxurious experience. the location was perfect , within walking distance to all major attractions.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the swimming pool. While the pool itself was lovely, there were some cleanliness issues and a lack of towels available.

As a light sleeper, I was impressed by the comfortable beds and the peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff was delightful and the breakfast spread was phenomenal.
