The staff was exceptionally attentive, efficient & friendly with excellent English. Tours were accompanied by professional guides and luxury cars. Europe Restaurant offered haute cuisine and white glove service, accompanied by a talented pianist and violinist. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with high-quality service in every aspect.

For us, it was ideal.

We had a fantastic stay at a classy hotel. The service was faultless and the restaurants were lovely. The breakfasts were terrific with lots of selection to suit all tastes. The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. The hotel also had a nice small shop with unique jewelry. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great historic building, located near important landmarks and museums. Excellent breakfast and splendid dining room. the service was nice and efficient, with a helpful concierge. Probably one of the best addresses in the city.

The wifi signal in our room was weak, and we had to walk down the corridor to get a stronger connection. the bed was extremely hard, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

As a light sleeper, I was impressed by the comfortable beds and the peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff was delightful and the breakfast spread was phenomenal.

Despite the unpleasant experiences with the staff, the hotel did have some positive aspects. Firstly, the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with a beautiful street view. This added a touch of elegance to my stay.

The staff at the hotel were unfriendly and lacked basic hospitality skills. From the receptionists to the lady at breakfast, they seemed to be in a perpetual bad mood.

The Grand Hotel Europe provides a range of excellent facilities, including a 24-hour cocktail bar with live music, and a breakfast with over 300 items on offer. We especially enjoyed the saxophonist/pianist performances and the wide variety of tea choices. Additionally, the hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to famous landmarks, large stores.
