The apartment was very clean and had modern facilities, including automatic blinds in the bedroom which made it ideal for someone jetlagged like me. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options like the Santa Apolónia metro station and close proximity to the main tourist areas. I loved the fact that there were seemingly authentic restaurants nearby, allowing me to experience the local cuisine. The staff were welcoming and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The furniture was new and the bed was large and comfortable. The neighbourhood was picturesque and safe, with easy access to the city via the nearby S. Apollonia metro and train station. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I appreciated their offer to store my luggage after check-out so I could explore the area before my flight. Highly recommended!

Well-renovated and clean apartment with modern amenities, including air-conditioning, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen. We absolutely loved the spacious and well-decorated apartment with ample natural light. The location was perfect, right across from Museu do Fado in the picturesque Alfama neighborhood. We enjoyed the vibrant street music as well as the tranquility when we closed our windows. The friendly and available staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was equipped with high-end appliances and had a great view of the hills and the street. And to top it all off, there was an elevator!

We felt very secure during our stay and had no complaints.

The apartments were clean, modern, and well-equipped. the beds were super comfy and the window system provided a great level of darkness for a good night's sleep. the location was unbeatable, right on the square at the Fado museum in the center of Alfama.

The beds were a bit firm and the laundry service was not done in a timely manner, causing some inconvenience. some restaurants in the neighborhood turned out to be tourist traps with higher prices.

The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and sightseeing opportunities within walking distance.

The apartment was beautifully designed and finished, with a modern and clean interior. the location was excellent, with easy access to the best pastel de nata in town and close to major sights and the train station. the apartment was well insulated, so we didn't hear much noise from outside or upstairs. the hot water and central A/C worked great, providing a comfortable stay. the reception desk was helpful during the day and check-in was quick and easy. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was not functioning properly and we didn't sleep well as a result. the oven handle was broken and kept falling off, which was a minor inconvenience.

The apartment was spotless and filled with beautiful design furniture, giving it a modern and fresh feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room cool even in the extreme heat. The location was perfect, with bus stops and metro stations nearby, allowing easy access to explore the whole city for just 6€ with a 24-hour ticket. I also loved the convenience of having a coffee shop across the alley, where I could grab a delicious coffee and pastry. The staff, particularly Maria, provided excellent recommendations and even organized a fantastic driver named Mario for us.
