As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable in this guesthouse located in a local residential area. The staff was friendly and provided helpful tips and advice. The room was clean and had a light and airy ambiance. The guesthouse is conveniently close to the city center and within walking distance of nice cafes and restaurants. The lift was useful for carrying our luggage, and the Santos train station is just around the corner.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spotless, spacious, and had great air conditioning. The staff promptly fixed our TV reception issue. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the waterfront and the famous Time Out Market. The communal kitchen was a nice touch, although our room could have used a small bar fridge. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. The best part was the exceptional service from Olga, who allowed us to store our luggage before and after check-in and even let us rest in the waiting room until our late-night bus departure. We are truly grateful for her kindness and hospitality.

The location of the guesthouse was amazing, as it was within walking distance to historical sights and right on the main tram routes, with the metro station just a 5-minute walk away.
