From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing staff who were super helpful and friendly. They gave us awesome tips on where to eat and what to see. The room was mind-blowing, spacious, beautifully decorated with stunning views and a comfy bed. The location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and tailor-made. The front desk staff even helped us with city bus access to another town. our stay was jaw-dropping and we can't wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One particular staff member, the male guest receptionist, braved a thunderstorm to guide us to the hotel when we got lost. It truly showed their dedication and concern for our wellbeing.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as difficulty in finding the hotel and a broken bathroom door handle, the hotel staff promptly addressed these issues and even sent us a bottle of wine as a gesture of goodwill. It was clear that their top priority was ensuring our satisfaction.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main town. It was so convenient to step out the door and be right in the middle of everything. the rooms were exceptionally modern and spacious, with beautiful views and charming terraces. the breakfast was fabulous, with fresh and delicious food.

That the hotel was situated uphill, so we had to walk up a few long blocks to get there. It was a bit of a challenge, especially with luggage, but if you're in better shape or travel light, this wouldn't be a problem.
