Our stay at Koos Hotel&Apartments was quite delightful! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the main train station and close to great restaurants. The kitchenette was a bonus, making late-night snacks easy and fun. The staff members were genuinely friendly, always ready to help us with local tips.

From the moment I checked in, everything was a disaster. They placed me in an unfamiliar room, claiming they were fully booked when I tried to explain the error. The room was cramped and even worse, it lacked any telephone, leaving me baffled on how a 4-star hotel could omit such a basic necessity. The noise from the street made it impossible to relax. I expected better based on the price I paid.

also, no welcome gift for my special request? absoluteley disgraceful! just when i almost thought about complimenting them, the rude chef ruined it. i just couldn't give this place a good review.

I really enjoyed my stay here, as it's just a short walk to Marienplatz, where you can admire stunning architecture and vibrant city life. It's super close to the Alte Pinakothek, one of the most important art museums, making it easy to indulge in a bit of culture whenever I wanted.

I loved the huge room we got, complete with two bathrooms, making it super convenient for us. The leisure area was perfect for chilling out after a busy day, and we enjoyed the live entertainment offered one evening. Just a heads up, the dryer is on another floor, so plan accordingly! 😊
