The room was stylish and the bathroom was very nice. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - the friendliest I've encountered anywhere. the location was excellent, right next to main shops and a few minutes walk from the metro in Rossio square. I also enjoyed the lovely breakfast with a good variety of options.

The tea options in the room were not up to par and didn't taste like tea I'm used to. Additionally, the room could be a bit dark and gloomy and there were some minor issues with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.

We loved the hotel's perfect location, right in the heart of the city. It was conveniently close to everything, including being right on the Rossi Metro Stop and near the Rossio metro station. This made transportation around the city incredibly easy and efficient. Additionally, the hotel facilities were fantastic, with a newly refurbished and quirky design. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we were impressed with the quality of the beds, towels, and robes provided. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. We also enjoyed the fact that there were market stalls on the opposite side of the square, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.

The location of Figueira By The Beautique Hotels couldn't be better. We were situated right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and with easy access to transportation. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed.

While there were a few drawbacks, such as poor water pressure in the shower and bad TV reception, they were minor inconveniences that didn't significantly impact our stay. The bed itself wasn't very comfortable for sitting and watching TV, but we felt that having a small sofa for one person would have been a nice addition to enhance our comfort.

The hotel provided a spare card to leave my phone charging while out of the room which was really useful. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the square and streets. Excellent location! The staff on front desk were very helpful and showed us to our perfect room. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options and staff were very attentive. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to transportation and attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice view. the breakfast selection was fantastic, with delicious food.

The only downside was that the parking nearby was quite expensive, which was not mentioned beforehand. Additionally, the air conditioning control in the room was not user-friendly, requiring a call to the reception every time it needed to be adjusted.

I had a truly memorable experience at a hotel in Lisbon. The room I stayed in had a luxurious style with a direct view of the lively plaza and the famous old tram lines just below my window. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything interesting in Lisbon, with easy tram connections to the old city and Belem. The shower in the room was great and there were several fantastic restaurants and cafes just around the corner. The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The view from the hotel, overlooking the main square, was simply splendid. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the room being a bit dark and the bathroom lacking sufficient lighting, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction during my stay. When I mentioned my allergies, they immediately changed my feather quilt. The rooms were also very clean, maintaining a high level of hygiene. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and cleanliness.

We absolutely loved the outstanding view from our room and the stunning evening view of Castelo Sao Jorge from the hotel location. The comfortable and spacious room with modern amenities and fluffy bathrobes included made our stay even more enjoyable. The friendly staff, especially the bartenders serving delicious cocktails and coffee at the lobby bar, were very accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's excellent location near important trams, a metro station, shops, restaurants.
