We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Porto. the location was ideal, within walking distance to everything. the staff at Nh Collection were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Hugo at the reception. He went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us with parking. the room was clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the noise-proof walls that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. the breakfast was delicious, and the bar and restaurant offered excellent food. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We loved this place! It's located right across from the National Theatre in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all of the tourist sites nearby. The staff is incredibly helpful and gives great advice about where to go and what to see. Our room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities, including a balcony. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from.

We had the best stay at Nh Collection Batalha. Our purpose was leisure, and we stayed for a few nights. The room, while a little dark, was incredibly stylish, with a standout bathroom and an amazing shower. We didn't opt for breakfast, as there were plenty of wonderful pastelerias nearby. The location of the hotel was convenient and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby and bar were lovely, and the room itself was spotlessly clean and cleverly laid out. Batalha square, where the hotel is located, is close to all the major sights but surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep.

The shower in the room could benefit from better design as water splashes tend to spread all over the bathroom, posing a minor inconvenience during quick showers.
