The room amenities were amazing, including a mini-bar, in-room safe and free toiletries, which made me feel quite pampered. I especially enjoyed having a terrace where I could enjoy the view and relax after a long day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The unique decor, with bumper cars on every floor, retro office machines, and vintage toys, was fascinating. The interior architecture in art deco style added to the charm. The staff were extremely nice and gave us great suggestions for experiencing the diverse gastronomy of this city, known for its excellent Porto wine. Our room had a comfy bed and an amazing view from the top. The location was perfect, right in the very center of the city, close to shops and restaurants, and just a 5-minute walk from the Town Hall. We were able to explore the main attractions of this city on foot and the metro station was conveniently close by.

Nothing, everything was great.

This hotel is situated right in the city centre which makes it very easy to access all of the major sights, shopping areas and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms had just been updated with a nice large bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast is included with enough options to choose from for diabetics.

I had a lovely stay with great complimentary breakfast that was satisfying and plentiful. the location was perfect, close to public transportation, and had lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay more comfortable.

The room was a bit too small which resulted in some noise disturbances from the outside and other guests. the water for the shower was not hot enough, which was a bit uncomfortable.

The staff is always helpful and friendly, making sure you have everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The rooftop terrace may not offer sun loungers for all guests, but the chairs and tables provided are still comfortable and a great spot to relax.
