We had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, nestled within beautifully maintained gardens that provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was comfortable and memorable. From the moment we arrived, their friendly and attentive service made us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, from the spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the stunning views to the relaxing swimming pools and the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Portobay! The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were delighted to find that our request for adjacent rooms was fulfilled. The view from our rooms and from the sunbeds were stunning, and we enjoyed spending time by the nearby sea shore for free swimming. The gardens at Portobay were absolutely breathtaking, with a variety of beautiful plants and palms, and we even had the opportunity to take a fascinating garden tour. The breakfast at the hotel was superb, and the staff serving us were consistently fantastic - fast, efficient, and very helpful. we were delighted with the peacefulness and the amenities offered at Portobay.

For us, our stay at Portobay was ideal. 🌟

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the seafront with stunning views of the beautiful gardens and the ocean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the Atlantida restaurant. The breakfast provided everything one needs, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and a delicious cooked breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. They went above and beyond to assist with any issues, such as our car rental problem. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the well-kept gardens were even better than the botanical gardens nearby.

We had a great time exploring the island from our convenient location. The Italian restaurant near the hotel was a hit, as we enjoyed three delicious lunches there. The Atlantida restaurant in the hotel also offered tasty options for breakfast. The Residence at Porto Mare provided excellent service, with everything we needed being promptly posted back to us. Our room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the complex and the sea. The multiple swimming pools were a bonus, and the kids loved swimming from the inside to the outside.

The gym lacked proper air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable during workouts.
