The staff at the reception desk, especially Rita, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made my stay in Porto much more enjoyable. The breakfast had a great variety of bread, homemade jams, and hot dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon. The restaurant staff were also very respectful and made a lovely cup of coffee. The bed was super comfortable and clean, ensuring a great night's sleep.

They even surprised us with fresh fruits and a glass of champagne on their sun terrace to celebrate our honeymoon. I had an amazing stay at Premium Porto Downtown! The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. But the highlight was definitely the rainforest showerhead in the bathroom. It was the perfect way to unwind and the water never got cold. The location of the hotel was also great, with many attractions within walking distance.
