I recently stayed at Merusaka in Nusa Dua for a week-long vacation. The resort's Balinese style with a modern touch was impressive. The cleanliness of the resort was top-notch, and the friendly staff made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The resort went above and beyond to meet my kids' demands, and they didn't want to leave! The variety of swimming pools added to our enjoyment, and overall, we felt like absolute VVIPs during our stay.

Despite some minor room issues like a broken basin plug, non-working phone, and broken bath plug, I do recommend this hotel. The breakfast area's clean-up station created excessive noise, which didn't provide a completely relaxing environment.

I recently stayed at Merusaka and had a fantastic experience. My teenage boys and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The beachfront location was perfect, and we loved the option to visit other beach clubs nearby. The room and facilities were spotless, and the pool was very well maintained. The staff went above and beyond, upgrading me after having to change my room multiple times. a wonderful stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money of this hotel! The staff really paid attention to every detail and made sure our stay was comfortable. The location may not be in the best part of Nusa Dua, but it was still lovely and we were able to swim in the best part of the beach. The rooms were in good condition and I particularly enjoyed the bathtub for relaxation.

we had a fantastic stay in nusa dua, and merusaka exceeded our expectations. the staff were wonderful and the beach was amazing. we enjoyed the spacious suite and the amenities, especially the coffee machine and free minibar. the pools were perfect for families and the buggy service was convenient. overall, a great value and we would love to come back!

Located right on the stunning beach with a super calm swimming area, this hotel is an exceptional choice in Bali. The breakfast buffet offers an enormous variety of worldwide foods, including wonderful fresh juices. Rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, with lovely amenities such as free first use for the mini bar. The sea-facing swimming pool is well-maintained and inviting.

The shuttle to the shopping area was not available during our stay.

The pools were great and the hotel was relaxing. The dining options were limited, but the restaurant downstairs offered a good range of food. The hotel was located near a hospital and clean, but lacked nearby shops. However, little markets come to the hotel in the morning. The hotel lobby had great views and the staff was helpful in arranging transportation.

We stayed here with our family and had an amazing time. The hotel is in a very nice area and it's right at the beach. The staff here were amazing and gave very good service. They tried to do everything they could for us, and we really appreciated that. The rooms are big and clean, and each room has a balcony. The breakfast was a good international spread and they changed some of the dishes daily, plus it comes with special blended juices, freshly brewed tea and gourmet coffee. We also enjoyed lunch at the hotel and the F&B outlets here served nice food.

The resort offers a great selection of meal options, with both all-you-can-eat and a-la-carte options. The food and drinks are of excellent quality and at very reasonable prices. The resort is well-located and the beach and services are perfect.
