The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast is excellent and the location is perfect, within walking distance of the city's attractions. We especially enjoyed the quietness of the hotel, which allowed us to get a good night's sleep during our stay. The added bonus of Rituals skincare products in the room was a nice touch.
