We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The girl at reception was friendly and welcoming. Our room had a lovely view of the gardens and coast, and it was bright and airy. The large bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We appreciated the efforts of the receptionist and breakfast waitress, who were both polite and apologetic about any shortcomings.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom complete with toiletries. The staff provide first-class service, being helpful and polite. The breakfast served in the hotel is excellent, and you can enjoy a beautiful view from the restaurant. Despite the lack of a lift, the Victorian building adds a charm to the hotel.

The friendly staff, spotless rooms, and outstanding breakfast make it a top choice. The hotel has a charming old-world style, and my single room had a huge bathroom. The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of the marina and easy access to all amenities. Leaving early for the ferry? No problem, they gladly stored my luggage and even chased after me to give me my bacon and toast wrapped up!
