The bathroom was modern and the hairdryer was great. we had a great experience at this hotel and would happily return.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in an excellent location with warm and helpful staff. The hotel is right opposite the Rossio train station, making it convenient for day trips to Sintra. It's also a short walk to Praça do Comercio and the sea, as well as the upscale Chiado area. The bonus was that the hotel is on a level street, which was great for exploring. The staff provided great restaurant recommendations and were always ready to assist. Although my room was at the front end, it was a bit loud in the evening, but I enjoyed the vibrant street atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and friendly staff.

The staff, who are always young and smiling, are incredibly helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel is just off the main street, so you won't have to worry about any traffic noise. The balcony overlooks a busy, traffic-free side street, allowing you to relax and watch the world go by.

The room was spotless and the bed was immaculately dressed and superbly comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Rossio train station and really close to the subway station.
