The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hotel had a beautiful interior and theme, and the location was superb, being close to the city centre but still peaceful. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the main shopping street and the famous Majestic Cafe. The central location allows easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms are beautifully designed and each room has a unique theme, providing a memorable stay. The breakfast is delicious and the service is attentive.

The pool is unheated and unusable, which may be disappointing for guests looking for a relaxing swim.

We recently had a city break and stayed at a beautiful boutique hotel with amazing décor and friendly staff. the room was really special with beautiful mirrored bathrooms and elegant themed design. We loved the lobby and outdoor dining area with a pool, which made our stay even more memorable. we were impressed with the staff who were knowledgeable about the city and made great dinner recommendations, which we thoroughly enjoyed. They also offered complementary early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing.

We felt that the restaurant was a little dark with poor decoration, which didn't match the elegance of the hotel with its beautiful interior. some of the amenities provided were empty and the light switch cover was poorly attached, causing it to fall frequently.

This hotel is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of our needs. the room was spacious and well-designed with many special advantages. the bar and restaurant were outstanding, with fantastic cuisine and service. We especially enjoyed the tranquil garden area, which was a peaceful escape from the bustling city.

The only minor issue was the inexperienced staff who had trouble providing exceptional service paying a premium price. Despite this, the other amenities and location advantages made up for it.
