Three refreshing pools and ample lounging. Well-maintained gardens and secure entry. Real coffee and great food at breakfast buffet. Walkable to beautiful beaches and nearby dining options. Polite and friendly staff with plenty of roadside parking.

Very nice and friendly welcome by the reception staff. We got helpful and interesting information about the surrounding, sightseeing and restaurants. The room was super clean.- Great location, especially to visit Ponta da Piedade on foot and with a car, the city center is easily accessible.- Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.- There are pools all over the place, perfect for relaxing.- The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Cleaning services were a little inconsistent, with the room not being attended to until later in the day. There are several stairs around the property, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

This lovely boutique hotel was so close to the many beautiful beaches of the area. We enjoyed the stunning cliffs and the Praia de Dona Ana beach. The very clean rooms and comfortable beds were great, and the friendly staff provided fresh towels and bed linen daily. The delicious breakfast was varied and provided many options. The hotel also had three lovely pools with gorgeous gardens, which made for a relaxing stay.

The wifi was not reliable and kept disconnecting frequently, which caused some frustration during my stay.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had all the required amenities. The staff accommodated all of our requests and the breakfast restaurant team provided great service.

The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with unique features like hanging veils on the king size bed. The breakfast was incredible, offering a wide variety of options and located in a beautiful area next to one of the pools. The hotel was also situated close to the beach and a short drive away from the center of town.

The kitchen prep area above the room was noisy in the mornings, which could disrupt sleep. the outdoor patio was not water-tight, making it unusable during rainy weather.

I loved the location of Villas D. Dinis, just a short walk from beautiful beaches. The villa was well-maintained and the swimming pools were beautiful. The friendly staff organized tours for me, which was really convenient. Overall I recommend this hotel.

During my Xmas holiday, I stayed in a charming and cozy hotel. The breakfast offered was diverse and tasty. The fact that the hotel provided complementary wine and cheese during the evenings was a pleasant surprise. the hotel was located just a few minutes walk from the beach and offered a peaceful environment.

The room was small and the hotel was quite expensive. there was no mini-bar available, and amenities such as the gym and sauna were not fully operational.
