The room in the Carriage building was large and well-decorated, with a comfortable queen-size bed. Street noise was noticeable at night, which could be disturbing for light sleepers.

i recently stayed in richmond and mac exceeded my expectations. the room was huge and decorated beautifully for the era, giving it a retro vibe that i loved. the proximity to amazing local restaurants made my city holiday even better.

During my stay, I enjoyed the well-kept room, especially the comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. The neighborhood was lively and walkable, filled with charming shops and restaurants. However, the nearby train tracks were quite noisy at night, which might be a concern for light sleepers like me. Overall, it was a convenient spot for visiting my daughter nearby.

i had a great stay at mac! my standard queen room was super clean and had a comfy bed. the coffee in the morning was a nice touch too. it's in a cute area, with restaurants and shops all within walking distance. staff was friendly and they even helped us with last-minute reservations at the restaurant, which had fantastic food and a cozy atmosphere.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Mac! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated for the 1920s, which gave it a charming retro vibe. The hotel is within convenient walking distance to delightful local restaurants and cafes. The attentive staff promptly provided all the information I needed for a smooth check-in, and the nearby gated parking was secure and easy to access.

The train noise was a bit disruptive at night.

The noise from trains is unbearable at night!!! I suggest better soundproofing measures in rooms near the tracks. The small TV in larger rooms could also benefit from an upgrade!!! Not enough guest interaction or common areas to socialize.

Chur, the room was cozy as, but that train noise at night was such a hassle! Stoked about the comfy beds and the helpful staff, though.

Spent 6 nights in a Deluxe Queen Room. So cozy and homey! The sheets are super soft and beds are crazy comfy. Amenities include a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Loved the spa facilities! Walking distance to local cafes, shops, and restaurants. Seriously, felt safe and at home here.

The location was perfect for our family—close to marinas and fun outdoor activities. We enjoyed exploring the area, and having a toddler made the nearby playgrounds a real bonus. Our accommodation met our needs well for the extended family during this trip.

My wife says that a little more soundproofing would help families rest better.

my stay was delightful, especially being so close to john f. Kennedy park, which is just a 15-minute walk away, and with little louie's cafe right next door making breakfast super convenient. the warm, homey feel of the hotel perfectly complemented the vibrant, walkable neighborhood filled with charming shops and eateries, making my city strolls so enjoyable.
