The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's location in the old part of the city was perfect - right in the center. The room was small but sufficient for business or leisure trips. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of options including M&Ms and Chupa Chups.

The breakfast buffet offers a great selection, and the hotel provides complimentary water, flavored water, pastries, and fresh fruit at the front desk.

The bar service can be a bit slow, as the bartender may occasionally disappear to attend to other duties.

I stayed at this hotel for a week on vacation and I couldn't have been happier. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable with a great bathroom, and everything was absolutely spotless. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the famous Santa Justa lift and the bustling Rua Augusta. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of fruit and Nespresso coffee. The staff spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. a wonderful experience.

My stay at Vincci was worth every penny. The room was comfortable, with a very big bed, and newly decorated. The location was fantastic, right in the city center close to the Tagus, and the staff treated me with utmost kindness and helpfulness.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was amazing and such a relief for exploring this fabulous city. It was within walking distance of Alfama, Chiado, and right in the center of Baixa. Plus, it was close to the main Praça de Comercio, shops, bars, and cafés. Additionally, it was just one road away from a 28 Tram stop. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly.
