The location is really great, close to everything in Old San Juan.

The room had a strong mildew smell and was not properly cleaned. There was a pee stain in the toilet and dirty sheets, which is unacceptable.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible. the staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions. the rooftop patio offered a stunning view of the city, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a book. the room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.

The hotel lacked certain amenities, such as a bar of soap at the sink and lotion. It would have been nice to have these small comforts available.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The staff went above and beyond, even helping us communicate with an Uber driver.
