We recently stayed at this venue and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, as there are a lot of nice restaurants just around the corner and we could reach all the sights in just a few minutes by foot. The service here is impeccable, with car hire, housekeeping, laundry, tours/ticket assistance, and more all readily available. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, television, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar on-site. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at The Dean for a quick trip to Rhode Island. The hotel's close proximity to WaterFire and various restaurants and bars made it the perfect choice. The modern and fun decor added to the overall atmosphere. The text message check-in was a great touch and the hotel staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Valet parking was quick and convenient, and the metal door elevator added a charming, old-time feel to the experience.

Small rooms, not enough space to move around comfortably. Noisy environment, could hear noise from adjacent rooms and outside street.

The room was awesome with a cool vibe and a little sitting room for hanging out. Alan, the night porter, was a hero and helped us with our laptop's wifi. Loved the convenient parking and downtown location. The attached restaurant off the lobby was also great. The staff was friendly and professional during check-out, making us feel better about our stay.

We loved the charming and unique decor at Dean. the location was fantastic, with fun cafes and restaurants nearby, and easy access to Brown University and RISD. the hotel was very clean, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and wonderful toiletries. Some of the personnel were particularly nice, making our stay even more enjoyable. the expresso bar and gourmet homemade baked goods in the morning were a delightful treat. We can't imagine staying anywhere else next time we visit.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is close to two popular colleges and a major convention center. There are many restaurants and shops a short walk away, making it easy to explore. The rooms are well-appointed with stylish decor and modern amenities. The staff is attentive and accommodating, always willing to assist with any request. Plus, the breakfast sandwiches are delicious and a great way to start the day.

The elevator can be unreliable at times and can take a while to arrive.
