Room was spacious and super clean.

The hotel offers a fantastic indoor pool, which was great for relaxing after a long day.

The room service was unreliable. it didn't arrive as expected on Friday despite my call to the front desk.

My one-bedroom suite was delightful—super spacious and the cleanest I’ve seen in years! I felt safe and it was quite comfortable for my stay.

The noise from the hallway had me wondering if I checked into a concert venue instead of a hotel. At least I didn’t have to pay for a ticket!

absolutely terrible experience. the bed was firm, so I woke up sore, and the chairs were equally uncomfortable. I thought I deserved complimentary cookies or some sort of upgrade, but I didn't even get a welcome gift. just couldn’t give a good review, despite the cleaning staff’s efforts, which felt utterly wasted on such a lackluster stay.

my stay was disappointing. the bed was as firm as a rock, leaving me sore, and the sofa was completely unbearable. I expected a little upgrade or at least a welcome gift to compensate for such discomfort, but no luck there! I almost gave a good review, but it just woudl ve been too hard to justify.

The staff’s friendliness brightened my stay, and the spacious, impeccably clean suite provided a comfortable retreat. I loved that they changed my sheets promptly after a funny mishap!

Though the location boasts easy freeway access, the noise from evening events was disruptive! My sleep felt interrupted, and the bathroom could benefit from a proper exhaust fan.

I was seriously disappointed with the firmness of the bed. I barely slept and woke up sore both days. The sofa was equally uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast options were surprisingly lackluster. I expected more variety given the price point.

The One-Bedroom Suite was spacious and super clean, loved the living room area. Access to the indoor pool was great, and the fitness center had everything needed for a solid workout. Complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day were a nice touch. The room had a fridge and coffee machine, making it comfy and convenient.

I was amazed by how spotless my One-Bedroom Suite was during my stay! The spacious room felt so comfortable, and I truly appreciated the friendly check-in from the manager. I felt incredibly safe and at ease throughout my visit!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free parking, fitness center, and indoor pool. On my first stay, the staff even helped with my bags. They truly go above and beyond. Highly recommend for a city break!

I enjoyed my time at this place, especially the spacious room where I could relax after a day of exploring nearby attractions. The Boundary Waters Café provided good coffee and breakfast options, which was perfect for starting my mornings. I found the indoor pool refreshing after a long day. One downside was the breakfast selection. it could have offered more choices.

Had a pleasant experience at this hotel, with a great restaurant and appealing meeting spaces. The breakfast was particularly satisfying, and staff provided ample service. However, the absence of a microwave in the room was a letdown.

It was just an appropriate option for a transient stop in Brooklyn Park with incredible value for money. I ordered a New York Strip from the restaurant, and while it wasn't great, the staff were friendly and attentive in addressing my feedback. Make sure to check out the pool for some relaxation time after a long drive.
