I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Puerto Rico for a week-long vacation. The property was absolutely stunning, with beautiful pools and a quiet beach. The beach itself was long and the water was warm and picturesque. The rooms were modern and clean, with spacious walk-in showers. The pool areas had bars, including a swim-up bar at the main pool, and the lobby bar was a nicely decorated spot to enjoy a drink with a fresh ocean breeze. The hotel staff, particularly the concierge and bellmen, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly staff, beautiful and well-maintained grounds, and private beach with comfortable chairs and umbrellas. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options, and the staff were attentive. The hotel is family friendly and the private room was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot. We loved the food and the resort's beauty, both day and night. The staff were sweet and friendly, and the ocean was close to our room. We will definitely be returning!

Nothing to dislike.

This place is amazing, located in a private area on a gorgeous peninsula with plenty of amenities to enhance your stay, such as car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry. The service is outstanding, with staff who understood and accommodated our requests. We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, sunbathed on the sun terrace, and relaxed at the leisure spa & wellness centre where we received beauty treatments like manicures and facials. The bar/lounge area is perfect for having a nice cocktail while enjoying live entertainment.

Definitely recommend this venue to all.

The staff at check-in, including Isreal, made me feel incredibly welcome. Carlos went above and beyond to assist with luggage and transport around the hotel. Omar provided excellent service at WatersEdge restaurant, making me feel like a valued guest. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with made-to-order omelettes and french toast. The room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious.

Top-notch service: the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of during our stay. Convenient location: the hotel was ideally situated in a key location, which allowed easy access to various attractions and activities in the area. It was a great base for exploring and enjoying all that the destination had to offer.

Construction inconvenience: During our stay, there were ongoing construction works at the hotel, which led to some inconveniences such as noise and limited amenities. It would have been better if all facilities were fully operational.

The pool area is beautiful and not overcrowded with plenty of seating options. Rooms are spacious and clean with great ocean views. The club room offers a good selection of food and drinks throughout the day. I had a great stay.

Gorgeous resort, clean and updated suite with balcony jacuzzi. Comfortable beds, 2 pool areas with swim-up bar. Helpful staff assisted with medical emergency. Plentiful and delicious breakfast buffet. Convenient location near hotel restaurants and bars.

The beach near the hotel is really impressive, with clear water and good for a refreshing swim. It has turtle grass protected reef in the ocean, which is a real marvel for beach lovers. There are a few informal markets close by, where you can find some nice trinkets and souvenirs. The pool area is also very relaxing and clean, with a variety of sunbeds and hut types. Rooms have very nice views and are spacious, with comfortable beds and nicely decorated bathrooms.

The prices for dining on the premises is very high and overpriced, making it a struggle to find affordable and tasty places to eat.

The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The food, particularly at the Asian restaurant, was outstanding.
