The service really stood out. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which made our transportation hassle-free. The convenience of this amenity was greatly appreciated.

There were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. The hotel is in desperate need of renovations, as the carpets and floors looked old and stained. The walls were paper-thin and we could hear everything from adjacent rooms and the hallway, making it difficult to relax. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, with hairs found in the sink and toilet. Additionally, the bed was too firm for our liking and did not provide a comfortable sleep. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the staff, they responded in a sarcastic and unprofessional manner, further adding to our disappointment.
