The location is perfect, just a stroll from the casino, and having a restaurant on-site made breakfast easy. The ocean view from the clean room was stunning, and the comfortable beds offered good rest, though they left my back aching by the end. Staff were mostly friendly, except for an unusually rude check-in experience. There was a leak from the ceiling that ruined some clothes, which was disappointing, and the decor felt overbearing. Still, the relaxing balcony and the inviting pool area nearly made up for it. I’d consider returning, hoping for a better room next time.

While the staff was well-meaning, they seemed overwhelmed, especially regarding room service and amenities. Ants in the room weren't addressed despite reporting. The balcony felt unstable, and several plugs didn’t work. The decor felt dated despite some updates in the lobby.

Surftides Hotel impressed with its breathtaking ocean views and comfortable beds. The beach access was fantastic, perfect for evening bonfires. While some aspects could use attention, the hotel's prime location and onsite dining made for a memorable getaway. A lovely place to relax by the sea!

Had a room with a partial ocean view which was a nice surprise. The room came equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, and a coffee machine with all the essentials. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming which made the stay more pleasant. Location-wise, it was conveniently close to a nearby casino for late-night entertainment.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to desire, with rust and possible mildew present throughout. The pool area seemed unsanitary, and there were reports of unclean rooms and items being overpriced.

Loved the ocean view and easy beach access. Our room had a huge comfy bed, fireplace, and nice balcony. The warm pool, sauna, and hot tub were great too. The on-site restaurant served good food. Fire pits for s'mores were a hit with my kid. Staff was super helpful, and the whole place was clean.

I never felt cold, even on chilly nights. As a tea lover, I appreciated having a kettle in the room for my evening cuppa, but I wish there had been a selection of teas available. The terrace outside our room had a lovely view, but the garden furniture was a bit flimsy and could have been sturdier. On the downside, the free toiletries provided were minimal and not the best quality. I had to bring my own shampoo and conditioner to feel truly pampered. The lack of an AM/FM alarm clock was a bit inconvenient, as I rely on it to wake me up in the morning. The flat, screen TV was a nice touch for unwinding in the evenings, but the channel selection was limited, which was a bummer. One thing that brightened our arrival was the welcome drink at check, in , a nice touch that made us feel appreciated. the promised happy hour never seemed to materialize during our stay, which was a letdown.

The ocean view from our room is killer! The staff are super friendly, and I love the game room and fire pits for cozy hangouts.

The rusty railings and a broken door lock need a little TLC.
