I had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel. The pools were fantastic and my kids absolutely loved them. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the grounds were well-maintained. The best part was being right on the beach, it was so convenient. The service staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile.

One specific situation that happened to me was that our room wasn't ready when we arrived. However, the front desk staff, especially Luis, was incredibly accommodating.

We loved this place! The location was incredible, right on the nicest warmest beach in Puerto Rico. The service was top-notch, from the friendly door men to the attentive management. They made sure that all of our requests were met and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean and comfy, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace and the breathtaking ocean view. The pool was amazing, with in-pool chairs at the bar and lounge chairs in shallow water. We couldn't decide if we enjoyed the beach experience or the pool experience more!

We couldn't find our reservation initially, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and made sure we were taken care of. Despite this minor hiccup, we would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We loved the hotel's fantastic location in a more relaxed area, right by the beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area and a beach bar for ultimate relaxation. The staff were attentive and remembered our preferences, making us feel valued and cared for during our stay.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect, right across from the airport and in a great tourist area with many dining and shopping options. The beach is also right here on the nicest warmest beach and is well kept. The service is outstanding too with 24-hour room service, tours/ticket assistance, and helpful bell staff/porters. Our room was wonderful with many amenities like heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and a terrace with a great view!

This hotel is an amazing value for money in a great area of Puerto Rico. It has the warmest and nicest beach with umbrellas and chairs provided. The staff is exceptionally responsive, and we enjoyed the BRAND NEW full size pullout bed for our daughter in the well-maintained rooms with a spectacular view. And, breakfast was included in the price!

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is close to the beach and conveniently located near the airport. the concierge desk was extremely helpful in resolving any issues we had during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

It was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in helping us. the room we were given was not what we had booked.

I recently stayed at The Royal Sonesta and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The rooms were clean, modern, and had a lovely balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the pool and beautiful beaches. I also appreciated the convenience of having everything I needed within walking distance. The hotel's attention to cleanliness, with sanitation stickers and hand sanitizing stations, was commendable. a fantastic stay.

The location of Sonesta was perfect. I loved being steps away from the beach and having a great pool to relax in. The ping pong and billiard areas were great for family fun. The bathroom and room were very clean. I appreciated that the staff quickly resolved the issue of room service not coming. I recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous experience at this venue! The ocean view room was totally worth it! The staff here is great! You can find anything you need in this hotel, so you can lounge at the beach or pool all day. The location is very good on a beautiful beach. The breakfast bar is really good. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

The Royal Sonesta was definitely worth the money - clean room, beautiful location, and friendly and accommodating staff. The pool, beach, and oceanfront restaurant were all amazing.

Breakfast delights could be better - maybe offer more variety or have a snack bar for guests.
