The rooms at El Conquistador Resort were simply amazing! The ocean views from the private balcony were breathtaking, and the amenities like the 42" flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and premium Puerto Rican coffee made us feel so pampered. It was a fantastic treat for our family.

The only thing we didn't love was the lack of a full kitchen in the rooms, but it's just a personal preference.

Loved the historic charm of the hotel and Palomino Island. Upgraded to an ocean view room upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. Liked the convenience of a venicular at the hotel. Palomino Island is a safe alternative to San Juan beaches. Easy and efficient transportation around the resort. Beautiful grounds.

We stayed at El Conquistador Resort for a few days and it was absolutely stunning. The property is built into a cliff, offering breathtaking ocean views. The tropical grounds and clean pools added to the overall beauty. Our room had a spacious balcony where we could enjoy the ocean breeze. The bar and pool food were delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. We also loved that we had access to Palomino Island, and it was conveniently located near the starting point of bioluminescent kayaking tours. a fantastic stay.

Facilities are nice. Travel to Palomina Island was enjoyable. the view off the resort was stunning. Convenient location near key attractions. the restaurant and personnel were very kind and accommodating.

The hotel is currently under renovation and many amenities are not available. Poor front desk service and lack of helpful recommendations.

Staff friendly, beautiful grounds and pools, variety of dining options, lots of activities, close to beach and rainforest. Pools open 24/7.

The facilities at El Conquistador are great for families with kids. There are luxurious pools, a private island, and a water park that offer something for everyone. The staff is also exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the resort a luxury experience.

The only drawback is that the property is slightly outdated in terms of its facilities. However, the hotel is making efforts to keep up with renovations and maintain a high standard for guests.

We were incredibly impressed with this place. The location on top of a wooden platform in the marina provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The airport shuttle made traveling a breeze, and we were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar, exceeded our expectations. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice touch, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The in-room air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable, and the bath/shower combo in the spacious bathroom was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. the attention to detail and quality of service made our stay here exceptional.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. We highly recommend it to everyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During our stay, we enjoyed the location by the arcade, where we spent time playing pool and table football. We also had a corporate activity at the ballroom, which was spacious and well-maintained. In addition, the Island of Enchantment view from our room later in the afternoon after returning from the beach was stunning. Moreover, the room was spacious and comfortable with modern amenities, while the bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot and fresh food choices.

The customer service was not up to par, leading to communication gaps and unmet requests.

The location and views are breathtaking. The water park and pools are so much fun, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciated the complimentary entrance to Coqui Water Park. I highly recommend this resort.

The hotel is located on top of a wooden platform that offers a stunning view of the marina and Las Croabas. The staff is super friendly and offers great service to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms offer a great view and the basic amenities are included in the room price, while breakfast can be included for an extra charge.
