We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top notch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was the best we've ever experienced in a hotel. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance, including the Chattanooga choo choo and various restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they quickly resolved a small issue with our check-in.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

They provided top-notch service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel amenities were also fantastic, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The rooms were well-equipped with heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Despite the great experience overall, there were a couple of minor issues. The breakfast offered at the hotel was a bit disappointing for the price.

Our stay at The Chattanoogan Hotel, part of the Curio Collection, was absolutely fantastic. The spacious room was modern, with a large TV and comfortable bedding. The staff at check-in were welcoming and efficient, making us feel right at home. The restaurant had reasonable prices, although the service was a bit slow. But the servers were friendly and made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Chattanooga.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - I could easily walk to downtown Chattanooga and visit all the attractions nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and the price was fantastic. The room service menu was outstanding and the staff that delivered my food was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the fire pit where I enjoyed a lovely dinner outside. The valet option was convenient, and the front desk staff were outstanding. The key to get between floors was a unique feature that I appreciated.

Despite the renovations, David, the receptionist, went out of his way to ensure we had a peaceful room with a stunning Mountain View. The location was central and within walking distance to restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable bedding and a Keurig in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, handling any issues with ease. Valet parking was convenient and worth the cost. I would definitely stay here again, just remember to bring your own pillows.

Plus, it was just a short stroll away from the convention center, which was super convenient for the event I was attending. The service at this place was top-notch, with friendly staff willing to accommodate any request. From the manager to the door staff, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The room was fantastic too, with all the amenities I needed like heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a great bonus too.

While the hotel was fantastic overall, there were a couple of small downsides. First, I had to pay $9 for overnight parking, which was a bit unexpected.

Great location near downtown and attractions. The hotel lobby had a nice aesthetic and the room was comfortable with a wonderful AC. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The rooftop bar was a highlight, with a cool atmosphere and attentive bartenders. The hotel was 99% very clean, which I really appreciated. The indoor parking was convenient and the hotel always maintained cleanliness.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of soundproofing in the room doors and the absence of bathrobes and toiletry kits, overall I had a positive experience at The Chattanoogan Hotel, Curio Collection By Hilton. The staff was kind and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the downtown area.
