Upon checking in, we encountered significant delays with our adjoining room, which wasn't available until 5 PM. Additionally, while I understand the resort was busy, one day our room wasn't serviced at all by housekeeping, which was shocking at this price. For the $1150 per night rate, I expected breakfast to be included, instead of being nickel-and-dimed for an extra charge, which felt frustrating.

I stayed for a week and appreciated how the staff made everything easy. I even got to use an iPad in my room to chat with the staff in my language. The pool by the lagoon was nice and not too crowded. I found relaxing there great, especially after enjoying some delicious food at the restaurant. The lobster brunch was my favorite. I can see why many families enjoy returning here for a luxury break.

The staff really knows how to take care of you, like when Josh in valet was always there, making us feel like we were the only ones that mattered! Also, the pools available catered to all of my family's moods, whether we wanted to relax or be a bit adventurous, and the ocean view was just mesmerizing.

the check-in was a bit slow, kinda like waiting at a budget motel. but the private beach was awesome, with free towels and sunscreen. The snorkel canoe tour was super cool with amazing guides. gotta say, the spa was incredible—best massage ever!

Our stay at Four Seasons in Oahu was pure bliss! The ocean view room was a showstopper, perfect for sunrise breakfasts on the balcony. The staff's pampering touch truly transformed our getaway into an enchanting experience.

The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. My fave was the poolside snack bar—gotta love those tropical drinks! My only issue was the WiFi. it was pretty slow at times. Still, the beach views and overall vibe made it worth it.

We loved the oceanfront room! It was spacious with stunning views of the coast, exactly what you want in Hawaii. The closet space was a nice touch too. A minor downside was the filming going on during our stay. it was a bit of a hassle. But honestly, the room made up for it with how comfortable and well-appointed everything was. Plus, the quick service from the bellman was impressive—they showed up with our luggage right as we entered our room.

Just a great fit for a lightning stop in Kapolei with fantastic value. The Mai Tai visits each afternoon were a delightful highlight. Make sure to relax and enjoy the beach whenever you can.
