We had an incredible stay at an amazing resort. The guest rooms were the nicest we've ever experienced at a Four Seasons. The staff was incredibly friendly and check-in/check-out were seamless. The adults-only pool provided the perfect peaceful retreat. We loved snorkeling with the free gear provided and the food at every restaurant was excellent. The drinks by the pool were delicious! Can't wait to go back! I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros": We got amazing value for our money at Four Seasons! The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a huge TV, comfortable bed, and a balcony that we loved. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and beautiful gardens. The staff treated us like VIPs, warm and friendly from the moment we arrived.

The staff was exceptional and the property was beautiful with great ocean and mountain views. The adult pool was a nice addition. The food was excellent and they offered a discounted breakfast for children. The manager adjusted our bill accordingly. a lovely experience.

The hotel offered complementary water bottles and suntan lotion bottles which was a nice touch. The location was also great, with easy access to a shopping center, restaurants and a private beach. The private beach had calm waters and soft sands, perfect for relaxation.

The room was noisy and it was difficult for me to get a good night's rest. the staff seemed to lack accommodation of my needs, with no suitable solution offered.

The restaurants on-site, particularly The Fish House, provided a great dining experience with a fantastic food selection. Additionally, the enclosed beach and adult infinity pool offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. The various light settings in the rooms made it easy to adjust to different times of the day, and the provided iPad allowed us to conveniently request any services or make reservations without having to call. our experience at the Four Seasons was exceptional and we highly recommend it.

This hotel was a luxurious and relaxing experience. The service was impeccable, with a Spa & wellness center that provided an outstanding massage and body wrap. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a perfect escape with sun loungers on the garden area. The restaurant offered unique and delicious special diet menus, and the private facilities were exclusive and worth using. The infinity pool had a mesmerizing view, and the location was isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Although this hotel was a luxurious experience, the beach access wasn't the best. Snorkeling was mediocre, and the lagoon was not as clear as other beaches, which was a minor issue considering the property's beauty and exclusivity.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities. The hotel staff was always attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel's location in Ko Olina was perfect, as it offered easy access to the private beach. I enjoyed spending time by the adult infinity pool, where I could watch the beautiful sunset. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff made sure that I had everything I needed.

As foreign tourists, we loved the attentive staff and relaxing atmosphere. The adult infinity pool and sunset views were amazing. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially the chia pudding. The on-site restaurants, Mina and Noe, were good. The gym was well-stocked and the room and bathroom were a good size.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints at all.
