We loved the pool, location, communication from host, cute little house, all our needs were met, washer and dryer.

Mind-blowing set up with beautiful and spacious bedrooms. Super convenient with a big grocery store nearby. Quick and cooperative owner, with excellent communication. Safe, quiet, and fun location. Quick response to any issues.

The location was fantastic, with nice places and the beach within walking distance. We didn't even need a car until the fifth day. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We appreciated the cleanliness and the availability of beach towels.

The parking situation on some nights was a bit of a hassle.

I recently stayed at Isla Verde By The Beach for a short vacation and it was perfect! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beautiful long beach at Isla Verde. I even had the chance to take some surfing lessons there. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, including a washer and dryer, and it was conveniently located near a grocery store and the highway to San Juan. On-street parking was easy to find and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The owners are currently renovating the pool and yard, so it will be even better in the future. it was a great value and I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay!

I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The best aspects of my stay were the fact that the rooms were separate and each had its own bathroom, which provided privacy for everyone. they offered beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was really convenient. the location was also great, as it was near a gas station, restaurants, and a grocery store, making it easy to get everything we needed.

The worst aspects of my stay were that the AC was not working properly and it took a while for it to be fixed. the noise from other guests and children was also quite bothersome.
