Convenient location, enjoyable breakfast, with the added bonus of free Wi-Fi available in rooms, making it easy to plan day trips and explore nearby attractions.

Loved the location! Super close to all the theme parks and even the I-trolley. Staff was karf, especially the guys at the front desk. The free breakfast included eggs and coffee, which set us up nicely for our days of jol. Loved the comfy room with a mini fridge for our late night snacks!

Only downside was the breakfast. it got a bit repetitive after a few days. Could use a wider variety, ja!

Exceptional front desk service during busy hours.

Our check-in process was a complete disaster. We arrived late at night and had to wait over 45 minutes just to get someone to check us in, as the front desk staff was mysteriously absent. This lack of professionalism left a very sour impression, especially since there was no follow-up or apology from management. To top it off, the parking was far from the hotel, and paying for it felt unnecessary on top of the chaos we endured.

Those lazy elevators need serious maintenance attention!!! The gym facilities are inadequate for serious trainers!!! I hope they consider updating the dated decor and addressing noise disturbances from nearby attractions!!!

I had a long day at the theme parks, and the morning breakfast was just what I needed. Fresh Florida orange juice and hot coffee gave me a great start for a busy day. I traveled with my elderly parents for their anniversary, and the staff really made us feel special, providing thoughtful surprises in our room. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after our adventures.

had a great time at fairfield inn! loved the outdoor pool, which stayed open till 11pm. the staff opened the doors for us every time we left or returned, which felt really welcoming. plus, it’s super close to many attractions, making it easy to explore!

Had a great time with friends! We hit up a couple of theme parks and loved being close by. The location made it easy to grab food and plan our days. Breakfast could use a bit of variety, though! Rooms were comfy with decent entertainment options.

We did face an issue with the TV not working during our stay. Staff didn't seem to take it seriously, which was a bummer. It definitely impacted our relaxation time after long days out.

this hotel is super close to all the fun spots in orlando, like the orlando eye and universal, which made it easy for us to explore. the staff, especially this guy named hannibal, was really friendly and got us checked in super quick. the breakfast was actually really good and had enough options to fill us up before a day of adventure. i love how clean the rooms are, they seem really well-maintained, and the whole vibe of the place is comfy and chill. they even have a tourist desk to help you find cool stuff to do!

The hot tub was kinda disappointing again. it was warm enough, but the jets didn't work, which is a bummer when ur trying to relax. also, parking spaces are kinda tight when it gets busy, so finding a spot can be a hassle.
