This hotel was a luxurious haven that fulfilled all of our needs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exclusive amenities and warm service provided by the staff. The impressive Spa & wellness centre offered a variety of treatments including body wraps, massages, and facials, along with a sauna, steam room and Turkish bath - it was a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The outdoor infinity pool on the sun terrace was also a highlight with stunning panoramic views. The entertainment provided was also top-notch, including live music and make-up services. Additionally, the exclusive room advantages such as in-room breakfast and private facilities truly enhanced our stay.

While our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional, we did encounter one minor issue with the dinner service. Although the food was delicious, there was a long wait time between courses and the wait staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.
