the staff was welcoming, breakfast options plentiful, convenient location for parking and exploring. the king suite room was amazing with a well-equipped kitchen and stunning view. we especially appreciated the warm, helpful service, particularly from ms nola. the bed was comfy, ensuring a restful night after a day of sightseeing.

Loved the convenient location right across from the theater and a quick stroll to the riverwalk—a fantastic view from our room was a cherry on top! Only hiccup was a slight mix-up with the parking charges, but the staff quickly resolved it and moved us to an even better room—overall, a wonderful stay! ✨

the hotel was so clean and the location was great - just a block from the river walk but not with the hefty price tag. the staff was super friendly and helpful, and they even have a business center with free printing. plus, the room was incredibly quiet - perfect for a good night's sleep.

The Home2 Suites By Hilton San Antonio Downtown-Riverwalk offers prime location, just a short stroll from the Buckhorn Saloon and Texas Ranger Museum. The room was modern and equipped with streaming services, providing a comfortable seating area and work desk. However, the view from our room was obstructed by a building right in front of our only window.

The amenities advertised were not available during my stay. The pool and gym were closed, and breakfast consisted of a nutrigrain bar, apple, and a bottle of water.

omg 🤩 the location 🌆 was simply fantastic! right in front of our only window, we could see the riverwalk 🏞️ and felt like we were in the heart of the city! drawback: the staff 😞👎 needed more training in customer service.

The modern rooms, featuring a seating area with a sofa bed, were a delightful surprise. It felt like having my own little sanctuary within the hotel. The large windows provided a gorgeous view, and the comfortable sofa felt like sinking into a cloud.

The breakfast at Home2 Suites was delicious with many choices for different dietary needs, and the staff was very helpful in getting us seated and situated. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Riverwalk and downtown area. Our room had a small kitchenette, which was convenient for making snacks and meals. The hotel was clean and the valet parking was convenient, although there is also a garage across the street. The hotel felt safe with the requirement of a room key or staff assistance to open the doors. Despite some drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, the hotel served its purpose for us and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff helped me find my lost ID card, I never forgot that. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and an indoor pool. I'm always coming back for a romantic escape.

The bed at Home2 Suites By Hilton San Antonio Downtown - Riverwalk was AMAZING! ! The location was perfect for walking to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. The staff was friendly, the breakfast delicious, and the free wifi worked great. I felt safe and enjoyed the proximity to key landmarks. The indoor swimming pool and leisure room added to our relaxation, enhancing family bonding. The Briscoe Western Art Museum and The Alamo were exceptional nearby attractions. Some minor maintenance issues shouldn't deter from an otherwise fantastic stay.

Perfect location in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of all the main attractions including the river walk. Very close to the riverwalk, just a block away without the high prices. Cleanliness of the hotel facilities. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous.
