The staff in the restaurant and banquets were commendable. There are universal power points, modern and spacious rooms in the hotel. The Aramede Restaurant offers a delightful experience and is highly recommended for its courteous staff and delicious food.

The ground floor bar underneath the bedrooms creates nuisance noise.

The check-in process was quick and there were no delays. The rooms were spacious and could easily accommodate an extra bed. The breakfast crew, particularly Yasin and Cashendra, were friendly and efficient. The airport shuttle was on time and met my requirements. the facilities, cleanliness, and staff were excellent.

Felt like a true getaway, nothing to complain about.

I had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza. After arriving on an early morning flight, the receptionist kindly offered me access to the spa so I could freshen up before my meeting. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was truly excellent. The entire team at the hotel was friendly and always ready to assist. I was impressed by the quick and efficient room service, which even included alcoholic drinks delivered right to my door. The staff made every effort to ensure my comfort, and I had a great night's sleep in the comfortable bed. The spacious and eco-friendly room, along with the large bathroom, added to the overall pleasantness of my stay.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the friendly and professional staff who were always eager to assist. The rooms were spacious and provided a conducive environment for both work and relaxation. the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The rooftop swimming pool and spa area were a definite highlight, offering a refreshing retreat after a long day.

Some amenities were overpriced, particularly the items in the mini-bar and beverages in general. The pool closure at 8 pm seemed early, especially during hot summer temperatures.

Our Easter stay was pleasant with a lot of perks. First, we received complimentary chocolates and eggs in our room. Second, the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a variety of options and fresh juices. the location was also perfect as it allowed us to explore the surroundings on foot. the gym was well-equipped and had a good view.

The swimming pool was smaller than expected and the water was too cold for our liking. the housekeeping service was inconsistent and we had to ask for bathroom amenities to be replenished.
