We had a delightful stay with stunning mountain views, and the breakfast spread was impressive! The river’s calming sound made mornings serene, creating a cozy vibe I truly enjoyed.

However, the lack of an elevator was a hassle, especially with heavy luggage. The church bells rang frequently, which disrupted sleep at times. A fan in the room could have helped with warmth too.

The location is ideal for exploring the Jungfraujoch region, just a quick 5-minute stroll from the train station. Although the bathroom setup in the room was dated and the lack of an elevator made luggage handling a bit of a workout, the staff provided a pleasant breakfast, notably featuring fresh options like local pastries and homemade decor that added to the charm. On hot July nights, the absence of AC was felt, requiring us to keep the window open despite the onsite spider population. Still, the calming sound of the nearby river made it worthwhile.

I also expected a complimentary welcome gift for tolerating that chaos, but alas, that was too much to ask. consider staying elsewhere, despite the decent breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved the cozy vibe here! The valley view from our window was stunning. Breakfast was a treat with fresh bread and coffee. The outdoor dining area was perfect for sunny mornings. The only thing was the pillows. they were a bit too firm for our liking. Still, a great value overall!
